User Responsibilities

By using our service, you confirm that:

  • You are the registered keeper, driver, or otherwise authorised to challenge the PCN

  • You understand that the final decision always rests with the issuing authority

PCN Helper is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user.

Fees and Payments

Our full appeal handling service includes:

  • Submission of the appeal to the relevant authority
  • Administrative support while the case is ongoing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other third-party payment gateways.

PCN Helper reserves the right to change pricing, introduce promotions, or modify services at any time.

Refund Guarantee

PCN Helper offers a money-back guarantee for the paid appeal handling service under the following conditions.

A refund may be requested only if BOTH conditions are met:

  1. The appeal submitted by PCN Helper is formally rejected by the PCN issuer, and
  2. The issuer does not cancel or reduce the payable charge.

If the issuer restores a discounted payment period or otherwise reduces the amount payable, the guarantee does not apply.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted within 60 days of the appeal submission confirmation
  • Include the official written response from the PCN issuer (email or letter)
  • Include the submission confirmation provided by PCN Helper

PCN Helper reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any documents provided.

Any falsified or altered documents will void the guarantee.

Verified refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If the appeal is still under review, refunds will not be processed until the issuer provides a final decision.

No Guarantee of Outcome

PCN Helper does not guarantee the success of any appeal.

All decisions regarding PCNs and appeals are made solely by the issuing authority or relevant tribunal.

Privacy and Data Use

We collect and store personal data only for the purpose of preparing and managing PCN appeals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCN Helper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or service.
